Orientation Workshop
Provides context for 360, goals of 360, overview of process and expectations, role of 360 in development, 360 assessment components, guidance on selecting raters, confidentiality and anonymity, and Q&A session.

Invite Feedback
Participants request feedback from representative group of people who interact regularly with them in ministry. A customized report is then created for each participant summarizing feedback received.

Feedback Workshop
Full cohort comes together for an overview of how to read their individual feedback report, understand the feedback process and structure of the 1-on-1 feedback sessions.

1-on-1 Feedback Sessions
Trained facilitator guides each participant in reading his or her report. The outcome of the 1-on-1 feedback session is the identification of 2-3 areas of focus for the participant to support their ongoing development as a leader within the Church.
